Hi, thanks for stopping by.

Here you can find out more about my background, read my publications, and see some of the media coverage of my academic work.

I am a Data Scientist and quantitative behavioural researcher. My areas of expertise and academic background include machine learning, psychometrics, personality psychology (with a focus on narcissism and other 'dark' personality traits), as well as behavioural research/experiments.

Before starting to work in industry, I was an assistant professor of personality psychology and psychological assessment at the University of Mainz and a data science fellow at Faculty AI. Previously, I worked at the University of Münster where I also completed my PhD. My journey into individual differences research started at the University of Edinburgh where I complete a Master's in the psychology of individual differences.
